on wednesday, i walked in to work, mostly because i wanted to get a couple of shots off of the side of the restaurant currently known as cambridge common. a construction site next door has revealed a previous incarnation of the space, and its signage. since a building will soon rise to again mask the sign, i wanted to document its existence. i also shot a couple of other places which appealed to me, including the huge construction site for the new north entrance to harvard law school, and the constable view from the mostly secret dudley garden (it's the last shot, and arguably one of two which don't belong in this set).
